SHIPPING

Delivery times begin within 24 business hours of placing the order. Holidays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are excluded from delivery times. National, regional, and local holidays (Utrera) are observed.

  • In-store shipping: Free at the store of your choice, 3-7 business days. See our stores .
  • Standard shipping: €3.95. Your order will arrive in 3-7 business days. FREE with any purchase over €30 (Spain* and Portugal).
  • Express shipping: €6. Your order will arrive within 24-48 hours on business days (Spain* and Portugal).

During the Christmas, Sales and Black Friday periods, delivery times may increase.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • IN PHYSICAL STORE:

Visit any of our physical stores. You'll receive your invoice with your order, and you'll be able to process your exchange/return.

  • IN ONLINE STORE:

You can request a return within your profile by selecting the order you wish to process. Once selected, you can select the items you want to return and indicate the reason.

You can also manage your return from the same email you receive when you place your order.

Puedes solicitar la devolución dentro de tu perfil, seleccionando el pedido que deseas gestionar. Una vez seleccionado, elige las prendas a devolver indicando el motivo de dicha devolución.

También puedes gestionar la devolución desde el mismo email de confirmación de pedido que recibes al tramitar tu.

El coste de la devolución es de 1,95€, que se descontará del importe reembolsado.

If you placed an order as a guest, you can request a refund through the link in your order confirmation email.

Once the home pickup has been arranged, the delivery person will have two attempts to collect the order. If no one is at home on both occasions, the customer will be charged for a new pickup (€3.95).

No es necesario imprimir etiquetas de devolución. En el correo de GLS encontrarás un código QR que deberás mostrar en el punto de entrega en el momento de realizar la devolución.

*Please note:

  • The return shipping cost is €1.95, which will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs (€3.95) will not be refunded. Returns to physical stores are FREE.
  • Returns or exchanges of underwear, accessories, or gift cards will not be accepted.
  • Returns will be accepted as long as the garments retain the factory tags and have not been worn.
  • Returns or exchanges must include the accessories that were delivered with your order.
  • Once the information has been verified and the return accepted, you will receive a refund within 15 days using the same payment method used to place the order.
  • During the CHRISTMAS, SALES and BLACK FRIDAY periods, delivery times may increase.
