SHIPPING
Delivery times begin 24 business hours after the order is placed. Public holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are excluded from delivery times. National, regional, and local holidays are respected.
- In-store pickup: Free at your chosen store, 3-7 business days. See our stores .
- Standard shipping: €3.95. Your order will arrive in 3-7 business days. FREE with a purchase over €40 (Spain* and Portugal).
You can also choose to have your order delivered to a collection point, allowing you to pick it up at a time that best suits your availability and minimizing problems due to absence at the delivery address.
During the Christmas, Sales and Black Friday periods, delivery times may increase.
* For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, both the shipping and return costs are €10 (each) within 3-7 business days.
* For the Canary Islands, both shipping and return costs are €25 (each) within 7 to 10 business days.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- IN-STORE (FREE):
Visit any of our physical stores with your purchase receipt or the ecoticket from your confirmation email, and you can process your exchange/return free of charge . See stores
- RETURN AT DELIVERY POINT:
At JVZ we are committed to more sustainable logistics, which is why all online returns are made through delivery points.
You can request a return within your profile by selecting the order you wish to process. Once selected, choose the items to return and indicate the reason for the return.
You can also manage the return from the same order confirmation email you receive when you place your order.
The return shipping cost is €1.95, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you placed an order as a guest, you can request a refund through the link in your order confirmation email.
Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email from the transport company GLS to select one of the available delivery points.
There's no need to print return labels. The GLS email will contain a QR code that you'll need to show at the delivery point when making the return.
CAMBIOS DE TALLA
Si necesitas una talla diferente de un artículo, puedes gestionarlo de dos formas:
- EN TIENDA FÍSICA (GRATUITA):
Acude a cualquiera de nuestras tiendas con la prenda y tu ticket de compra o ecoticket para realizar el cambio de talla al instante de forma gratuita.
- ONLINE:
No ofrecemos el servicio de cambio de talla online de forma directa. Para cambiar de talla en la web, debes realizar una nueva compra con la talla correcta y, de forma paralela, solicitar la devolución de la prenda anterior a través de nuestro portal (esta devolución tiene el coste de gestión habitual de 1,95€ que se descuenta de tu reembolso).
*Please note:
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for underwear, accessories, or gift cards.
- Returns will be accepted provided the garments have not been used and retain their original factory labels without having been tampered with.
- Returns must include the accessories that were delivered in your order.
- Once the data has been verified and the return accepted, you will receive the refund within a maximum of 15 days using the same payment method used for the order.
- During the CHRISTMAS, SALES and BLACK FRIDAY periods, delivery times may increase.
