1. INTRODUCTION

These General Conditions will expressly regulate the relationships arising between Vamutex SL, Calle Aerodinámica, 2. Utrera, Seville and with CIF B-91652867 (hereinafter, "Vamutex SL") and third parties (hereinafter, "Users") who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the official website of Vamutex SL (http://www.jvzshop.com", hereinafter the "Store").

2. USER OBLIGATIONS

2.1 The User is obliged, in general, to use the Store, to acquire the Products and to use each of the Store's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could injure or cause damage to the property and rights of Vamutex SL, its suppliers, Users or in general any third party.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICE

3.1 Vamutex SL reserves the right to decide, at any time, which Products are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, Vamutex SL may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store. It is understood that, unless otherwise provided, such new Products shall be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Furthermore, Vamutex SL reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating access to and use of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store at any time and without prior notice.

3.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond as faithfully as possible to the Products actually offered, as web display technology allows. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and do not include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

4. PROCEDURE AND FORM OF PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCTS

4.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, Vamutex SL will send an email to the User confirming the purchase. This email will assign a purchase reference code and detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs, and details of the different payment options for the Products to Vamutex SL.

4.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.

4.3 Vamutex SL will archive the electronic documents formalizing the contract, sending a copy to the User once the purchase has been made. The contract will be executed in Spanish.

4.4 The order confirmation sent by Vamutex SL is not valid as an invoice, but only as proof of purchase. Vamutex SL will send the corresponding invoice along with the Product.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1 The user has a right of withdrawal by which they may contact Vamutex SL via email at the following address: info@jvzshop.com and withdraw from the purchase within a period of no more than fourteen (14) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the Product. The return will be made in accordance with the instructions that Vamutex SL indicates to the User in response to their notification of the exercise of withdrawal. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of seven (7) days from when Vamutex SL indicates the return method.

5.2 Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid. To do so, the customer must indicate on the return slip the number and name of the credit card to which Vamutex SL must issue the credit. The deadline for such refund will be as established by law.

5.3 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.

5.4 In addition to the right of withdrawal mentioned in clause 5.1, consumers shall have the right to return the products within 30 days from the date of shipping confirmation, except for those mentioned in clause 5.5, for which the right of withdrawal is excluded.

5.5 You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract for the supply of any of the products found in the following categories on the website:

- Accessories.

- Gift cards.

7. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

7.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the territory of the European Union, so the delivery service will only be for said territory. Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified. The maximum delivery period is the thirty (30) days established by default by law.

7.2 Vamutex SL's delivery service is provided in collaboration with various renowned logistics operators. Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes, hotels, or other non-permanent addresses.

7.3 Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchase of the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping costs.

8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

8.1 The User acknowledges that all elements of the Store and each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of Vamutex SL itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute to the User any rights with respect to said industrial and intellectual property rights other than those specifically contemplated therein.

8.2 Unless authorized by Vamutex SL or, where applicable, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow public access through any form of public communication to any of the elements referred to in the preceding paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements, and information accessed through the Store solely for their own needs, and undertakes not to make any direct or indirect commercial use of the materials, elements, and information obtained through them.

8.3 The User must refrain from circumventing or manipulating any technical devices established by Vamutex SL or by third parties in the Store.

9. DATA PROTECTION

9.1 In compliance with Law 15/99 (LOPD), we inform you that your personal data and other information provided through the registration form, as well as that arising from transactions, will be included and kept in a file for processing, property of Vamutex SL, until its cancellation is requested. The processing will be used for the development and execution of sales, personalized attention of the products and services you purchase and the improvement of said attention, as well as the promotion of our own products and services and those of third-party companies linked to Vamutex SL.

10. PASSWORDS

10.1 Vamutex SL will provide personal passwords to users who register on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the Website. Users must maintain these passwords under their sole responsibility and maintain the strictest and absolute confidentiality, thereby assuming all damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or disclosure of this confidentiality.

For security reasons, the user may change the password for online access to the services linked to the Website at any time. The user agrees to immediately notify Vamutex SL of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as any unauthorized third-party access to it.

11. COOKIES

11.1 Vamutex SL uses cookies to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the User's identity, facilitate access to personal preferences, and track their use of the Store. 12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Seville, with the User waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, provided that applicable law so permits.
